Hi ChiefKiasu, I saw Steam cool commented that KRTC Yishun seems to have very bad service however the post was moved to private room. Just wonder if I had seen that post, I might not end up signing up with the same centre. 6 years have not help the centre to improve their service, I am totally surprise that this kind of tuition centre actually exist!! I am writing this post so that parents that are trying to choose a centre can be more caution. Don’t commit too eagerly, read the clause carefully and don’t trust the sales talk. I enrolled my P6 to KRTC Yishun for Chinese and Science but the service provided is horrible causing more stress than the PSLE upcoming exams. They make sure you pay your fees but the lessons can be cancelled or reschedule according to their needs not considering whether the kids are able to attend or not. Working parents with nobody to help bringing your kids for tuition classes please be caution with the service of this centre. The one I enrolled is the Yishun branch but not sure if the same policies stretch across all other centres or not. Please check and double check before enrolling or you might end up paying for lessons that your kids are not able to attend.
