    • RE: Young Scientist Magazine

      Good day,

Over the past 3 months, much has happened for us. We are no longer distributing Young Scientists and have launched our own title, Science Adventures.

We have been advised and cautioned about dealing with a medium such as this online forum. Up till today, we have maintained an almost zero presence in the forums as we do not wish to turn the forums into a battleground and that would totally defeat the point of the forums being a place for genuine discussions and information sharing for parents.

There have been many posts that have made direct and indirect assaults against us. Some people, conveniently hidden and protected behind the veil of the internet, have instigated and instil anger and distrust towards us and have been sowing a lot of discord and spreading lies to our customers.

It is also extremely unfair for us to fight in an arena whereby the opponents are cowering behind anonymous names and online identities. Where it is easy to pretend to be individuals, but yet are the same group ganged up together. Unlike them, we have registered a formal username, Scienceadventures, and even have our logo as profile picture to represent ourselves in the forum.

They have plenty of time, since they already have a popular brand that they do not need to spare much resources to promote further. We know very well who they are and what agenda they represent. Anybody who reads the forums with an unbiased mind can tell.

We have been called many unpleasant names and been accused of being unethical, unreasonable, liars, ruthless, etc...

If these words are true of what we are, how can we be in business for so long? How did we promote Young Scientists to be so popular? How could we have so much support from the Principals, HODs and teachers from the very schools that your children attend?

Just who is really ruthless? Who is unethical and lied outright?

Without going into excessive detail, here is a little bit on OUR side of the story.

The TRUTH they are afraid for you to know.

If after reading, you feel that our story is just, that we indeed are telling the truth, please help us \"Like\" our page and maybe.... maybe you could even help us share our story, share the truth.

      Thank you for reading.

The Young Scientists magazine has an official website

      http://www.youngscientists.com.sg

      and the appointed sole distributor

      youngscientistsreader.com.sg

The English Corner Singapore is no longer the distributor of The Young Scientist magazines level 1, 2 and 3 and any other magazines and books published by Young Scientist Pte Ltd starting year 2013 onwards.

Please take note that all readers and subscribers of The Young Scientists should be receiving the last issue of The Young Scientist magazines level 1, 2, 3 #122

\"Mommy... Why Young Scientist become Science Adventures?\"
      :moneyflies:

      Hi,

For subscribers of \"The Young Scientists\" 2012, their last issue #122 will be the first issue of \"Science Adventures\". So all subscribers will be receiving #122 Science Adventures instead of \"The Young Scientists\".

The Editorial Advisor and English Language Consultant of Young scientists, will be exclusively playing these roles for Science Adventures and English Corner Publishing. You can be assured of the same excellent standard of language you have come to expect of our magazines.

      Best Regards.
