Does Parents are willing to pay $800 per months, if the centre provide

- Give morning nap if the child come in before 8am
- free package milo and fresh milk during the breakfast, catering good foods from listed company, free vitagen after lunch.
- Provide min 1 Degree holder programmer on every two diploma holder programmer.
- No tuition for P1/P2 student but provide third party’s enrichment program likes English, Pinyin, art / Lego as I believe a lot of parent will sent their child for tuition

I am puzzle how the BASC can be survived as based on my simple calculation, average cost per child is about $12-14 per days based on 25 days per month. Estimate cost is around $300-$350 without paying extra tuition fees. Does not meet basic rules min 35% gross margin for any type of business

I just wonder, how the Student Care Centre make money as I noticed most of the Student care charge average $300.


We assume
300 / 25 days = $12 per day

Food = $2 per day
Transport = $2 per day
Electricity = $2.50 ( assume PUB is $2500 / 100 student = $2.50)
Staff Cost = $4.80 ($3000 / 25)
Rental = $ 3.20 ( 3sqm x 10.76 x $3 / 25)
total cost $14.50…This excluded enrichment class for 1hr each day

I am puzzle how to make $ if I plan to open a premium Student care at Boon Lay. target charge $800 , provide premium catering food, Fresh Milk / Milo and Vitagen.
