I think it was quite reasonable as DD only comes over to cuddle in our bed when she’s having a nightmare. I heard before that if a child facing nightmares is not comforted, it might develop into her subconsciousness seeking other alternatives, eventually leading to spilt personalities to handle the fear or sleep walking to be occupied with anything else than lying paralysed in bed with fear for nightmares…

so i’d rather sleep with her beside than to break it off…
