Would anyone have any recipes for salmon fillets /steaks to be cooked with the happycall? Been looking but can’t seem to find any…TIA!

Ok…my HPC has arrived!Woohoo!!! Everything looked fine and I did the leak test…no leak either…but my first experiments with it went bad…heeheh…my steak turned out tough and i managed to burn my bullseye egg…and yes…it did stick to the pan…anyone encountered such things with fried egg? Maybe its just me…


Is it necessary to grease the pan when cooking?
