Hello,
I went on with with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and Minor in Music. I did not do a Bachelor in Music as those offered locally are mainly for Performance based and 1) Iām not that much of a performance based musician, 2) cannot afford overseas music programs (e.g. Music Technology etc.).
However, through my 4 years, I managed to continue studying music the way i preferred - audio engineering, sound design, audio post-production, arrangement etc. At the same time continue furthering my minor in Music and brush up on history knowledge etc.
Hope that helps? Not sure what you would like to know more about actually.

RE: A level in 3rd language and Music
Hello,
I'm currently a Music Teacher and I went through the Music at 'O' levels and A level MEP and as of the school requirements, you would not require to take Music or MEP at O Levels to do so in JC. They do have a grade 8 requirement but usually they would go through some talks with the students that would like to opt for elective programmes to make sure that they are prepared for it.
As the curriculum is more than just practical, it would be great if some knowledge in music history etc. can be obtained prior to entry.
Hope this helps.
