$5/mth is too expensive

did any parent notice that there is a admin charge for using CDA account to pay for monthly school fees?

S$3/mth for admin fee, this i feel is too much as the interest earned is not even close to this amount!

as long as the student is not failing, should not be necessary, in sec 1 they don’t have much attention span, so tuition would not be recommended
