Dear parents, I have some experiences to share. Recently in October this year, I withdrew my girl from the Novena branch. We had waited several weeks before we decided to enquire about our refund deposit. To our surprise, they had not started to process! Well, next thing the centre did was to keep giving us excuses that their boss is overseas. This went on for a week til we had to write in to their headquarters. A prompt reply came but instead of telling us to pick up the deposit, they informed us to pay up the outstanding fees. Fortunately, we kept proper records of all the payments we had made. Of course, they replied it was the counter girl’s mistake when we responded with all our proof of payments. We still have not received anything yet up til today. We paid up every term fees on time yet we had to go through all these trouble just to get back a small amount of our deposit. So to all of u who have your little ones with them, do keep all your receipts! We are really giving up…
