If could make it. Then my second one will be in phase 1 next 2 years.

Thought wanted to register to BPPS.

Basically, balloting it is like purely LUCK. 50-50% either it is in or out.
Not so much already how many % you could secure the seats.
Still consider whether want to take this BIG risk?

BPPS chances are very stiff for balloting.
