Has any Year 1 parents for 2018 received the "Reporting Day package" email from SOTA?

Depending on what CCA the child takes.

My son CCA ends at 5:30pm

usual dismissal time is 1:30pm

Long days is 2:15pm

On result day, students will be required to be in school by 11am.

Some schools, the results are given out in their respective classes.
Some schools, the results are given out in the school Hall.

For my child, it was given out in the school Hall.
With the students seated according to their class by the class register number.
Results are given out accordingly.

Parents are seated behind at the Hall.

I do encourage that parents to be there for their kids.
Whatever the results, we are there for them.

I will be travelling to Tokyo and the flight will reach the airport around 4pm.
I am staying in Citadines Shinjuku and travelling with 2 kids age 12 & 14 and my mum.
Question: Is it advisable to take
1) JR train? (crowded?)
2) Airport Limousine bus and alight at SHinjuku station and take a cab
3) Take a cab directly from airport to hotel. (Probably set me back by around S$150)

What i understand from him is the highest score for Term 1 English test is 20 or 21 over 40.
In fact, I heard that many failed the test

Wanna ask what are consider VIA activities? And how does it works?
I understand can students whom participate in VIA activities will need to submit confirmation slips of their services to the VIA teacher in charge.
