i am under the 1-2km for acsj. at 4pm, all within 1km and 1-2km were in. At 16hrs:29mins:30secs, a man say he wans to register. Which makes me and the lucky few under 2km meed to ballot. The feeling is @-&/&/766^\\<[<>\\!%###__€'aj.
