Let’s be fair to P1 Mummy and be true to ourselves that we believe the current system is taken advantage by selfish parents, be it for SCGS or another school. Who likes cheats? In the real world, there are cheats everywhere. I am sure you have heard of some husbands who cheat, does it mean it is ok if they don’t get caught? Does it mean the poor wives can’t sent warnings out?


I know the odds are tough but i went ahead because I felt i should at least give it a shot and leave the rest to God’s will. If my girl loses her place to a cheat, i will be dissapointed or even likely to be angry… but i will tell myself i have done the best i could in the last 3 years of planning and this is God’s will for me and my daughter. I am just human just like P1Mummy. I will have another shot at this for my younger girl in 2 years if it doesnt work out this year.

Don't only look at smgs as alternative.

RGPS, NYPS, MGS all still have spaces! There's still a chance of no ballot if you live outside of 2km.

what are the existing stats as of end today? it is hard to imagine that we stand a chance beyong 2km....

Ninja Turtle, 66 SCs... all we need is another 35 SCs and the ballot starts for > 2km. Worse if they are all <1km. There are no detailed breakdown yet... so it is so hard to decide....

call up St Marg ascertain definitely how many of them are SC vs. PR.
do not assume that majority are SC.

this year, St Marg behave differently from past years. If you're SC, you're given priority. All SCs including those staying > 2km enter first, before the first PR less than 1 km.

As of mid day. There are 66 apps of which 49 are SCs. I am not optimistic at all... :?:
