Hi, I am considering to send my K1 son to L

Central AMK, SERANGOON or Thomson. Any one can provide reviews to any of the centers? Esp. the AMK one since it is the newest? Main objective is to get him to read independently. He can recognize some sights words and can do single letter sounding but unable to blend the letters together. Hope someone could recommend a good center/tutor for him.
