I agree that APS is another good choice to consider, however, if you are within 1 km of RMPS and CHIJ (Kellock), you are likely beyond 1 km of APS. Even with last year's lower birth rate, APS was already balloting for < 1 km.

From the looks of things, APS is even more competitive than RMPS during P1 registration.

I agree. APS is very sought after based on last yr's stats. Anyway it not in my option. I was hoping everyone will go APS so that RM has more vacancies but looks like not really. Based on today's results, more that half of the vacancies filled up Liao. Still have so many phases to go.

Yup, understand that last year radin mas didn’t have ballot for phase 2C within 1km but last year wasn’t exactly a gd gauge coz of its low birth rate, from what I understand. Of coz I hope it is still the case this year.


My younger child is also a girl. So even if I ultimately choose kellock it’s ok too.

I have spoken to some neighbors but doesn’t seems too helpful. They did say radin mas is not as gd as before but could say exactly in what way.

So I’m hoping to find some sharing here. How else can I get to learn about the 2 schools more?

Hope I’m not too late. I’m registering my girl for soon in phase 2C. Still deciding between radin mas pri & kellock pri. Both are within 1km for me & we are SC. Husband is more for radin mas coz its co-ed. But i understand that radin mas is has always had ballot for phase 2C within 1km. Tentatively our plan is to try radin mas if kena ballot out then go kellock for 2C supp. But it is confirm kellock will have 2C supp? Also, will there be possiblilty that I don’t get in kellock under 2C supp? This is so stressful.

By the way, can anyone share between the 2 schools - radin mas & kellock, which is ‘better’ & in what way? Or rather their focus?
