Hi, any idea how affiliation works in terms of priority of posting? does it mean a student with affiliation get priority even if the AL score is higher than another kid who has better AL score but no affiliation?

For dual track schools, does moe consider the choice for O level and IP as separate school choices and separate choice order even though is the same school? for eg a kid puts ACS IP as first choice and ACS O level as second choice, if there is ballot on the O level route, his would be considered as second choice and not first choice?
