Appeal is done by going down to SNG after 20/12.
Fill up Form with PSLE result slip+ other supporting documents that will boast your chance like awards...

COP is the T-score of the last student admitted to the school via S1 Central Posting. So you'll only know this year's COP after all the students have been allocated to their schools. You can use last year's COP as an estimation for this year's COP but it's only an estimation bec T-scores vary year to year depending on the cohort's performance.[/quote]
