I have taken delivery of my new Shigeru Kawai recently and hence we would need to sell away our meticulously cared for Kawai K8 that we bought new 3+ years ago to a good family.

So here’s the details:-

Model - Kawai K8 (132cm)
Colour - Polished Ebony
Serial# - 287xxxx
Age - 3+ years, bought brand new from RP Singapore.
- religiously tuned every six months by RP. Last tuning done this november 2011
- Heater is turned on since day 1 and a disposable dehumidifier is placed within cabinet and changed every 2 months.

After reading thru this thread, it reminds me of shopping experience 3 years ago…and now, i have to go thru this all again.

My 12 year old son has just recently passed his grade 7 piano practical examinations. Despite the date being so close to the PSLE , he managed to score a distinction.

Have decided that for him to move forward in his piano playing technique, we would be upgrading to a grand piano. Hence we would need to sell away our meticulously cared for Kawai K8 that we bought new 3+ years ago to a good family.
