Hi

After deliberating for many days, we sort of put the sequence as follow:

DD result: 258 and HMT merit, obtained EESIS

Location: Boon Lay

DD preference: All girls & SAP (if possible)

1 - NYGH (travel bus/mrt/walk 56 mins)
2 - RGS (travel bus/mrt/walk 51 mins)
3 - CHIJ St Nicholas (travel bus/mrt/walk 76 mins)
4 - RV (walk from home 8 mins)
5 - MGS (travel bus/mrt/walk 48 mins)
6 - SCGS (travel bus/mrt/walk 48 mins)

Appreciate any feedback or consideration that we may have omitted. Thanks.

Sorry, how are you going to walk to st nik after taking mrt? It's almost impossible.

Quite a number of different buses can be taken from the bus interchange to a bus stop near the school. From there it's only a less than 5 min walk to SNGS.
Hi, anybody knows how many IP classes are there and which are the IP classes ?

Tks

There are 6 IP classes and they are : Justice, Loyalty, Purity, Truth, Unity and Wisdom.

You are from St Nicks IP?
How's school's life now?
Yes, I am from St Nicks IP. I feel that the subjects are pretty manageable atm although the workload is gradually increasing. The friendly and caring teachers I have also help quite a bit. šŸ˜„

Outsourcing:
Something for the experts here to ponder:

Assuming 3 students have the same 1st choice for SAP school Dunman high. All 3 meet Dhs cop requirement of 256. However, with the following scores:

A gets 255+1, B gets 254+2, C gets 253+3.

Base on merit of T-score, which I think exclude bonus points, A should be given the priority, followed by B and then C. Without even looking into the decimal marks, A should be selected ahead of B, followed by C. Am I right?

If the above scenario is truth, let us go to scenario 2. Assuming their 1st choices are Dhs.

D gets 255+1, E gets 254+3.

Again, based solely on T-score, D is standing ahead of E. Assuming D gets the last seat in Dhs when his turn comes. However, when it is E's turn to choose. E has a higher score of 257 then D's 256, after adding bonus points. The system will drop D in favour of E?

Experts, please enlighten.

Regards.
Hi,
For the first situation, it all depends on the decimal points as all three students would have 256.xxxxxx after adding the HCL points( Which will be immediately added to the original T- Score since DHS is a SAP school. )
However, I may be wrong as I'm just a student and not an expert.

Hello,

Sorry to trouble you guys again but I have two more questions.
1. How much pocket money do you receive from your parents on a daily basis?
2. On PE days, are we allowed to wear our PE attire with the pinafore over it directly or do we wear our uniform to school and bring our PE attire to change?

TIA!

Hi,

I've been posted to this school (IP) and would like to ask a few questions.
1. How many days in a week do you guys usually have PE?
2. How many books/files do you guys usually carry around in your school bag?

TIA! šŸ˜„

HELLO. WELCOME TO THE FAMILY.
1) We have one pe lesson per week as a class (1hour), one mass pe session with other classes (half an hour) and morning jog once each week. Sports here is as serious as academics, I tell you. Everyone gets tan lines šŸ˜›
2) If it's the weight of your bag you're worried about, dont worry! It's manageable. There are lockers in the classroom you can use, too šŸ™‚

Thanks a lot for the info! BTW, it's not the weight I'm worried about. It's just that I'm not sure how big my school bag should be.

COP for O Level 253.
IP is 255.
COP O Level shot up real high from 249 to 253.

Are you sure IP is 255? Just want to confirm.
