I have desperately searched for 2 members of the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan to endorse on my application form to join as a member but can’t seem to find anyone. Would really appreciate if anyone is willing to help me. I am unable to apply for PV as I have to take care of my younger daughter & my husband works long hours everyday. My eldest daughter would be primary one in yr 2015.

Apologies to interrupt in this thread. I would like to enrol my 2 kids into Nan Chiau Primary (born in yr2008 & 2011). I m unable to go for PV as I have no one to help take care of the small one & my husband works long hours everyday. Hence, I would like to join the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan since both me n my husband are Hokkiens. I have desperately asked frens & relatives but can’t seem to find anyone from the Huay Kuan to help me endorse on my application form.

Would any kind soul (members of the Huay Kuan)be willing to help me endorse so I can join the Huay Kuan so I can have a higher chance to enrol for my child into Nan Chiau in yr 2015?
