Anyone has any details breakdown of Keming registration ytd? As of ytd, it has 82 registered for the 62 vacancies....

Any breakdown like within 1 km how many has registered?? I am the 1 to 2 km distance

Based on past years, 1 - 2km sure has to ballot. There is no chance to even ballot for last year. You might want to fall on Plan B.

there are 43 seats left for Rulang at end of Phase 2A:


22 seats for Phase 2B
21 seats for Phase 2C

But now there are only 20 seats for Phase 2C. I think this might lead to some complains from parents.

Sorry, me bad, there is high chance 2A2 will go to balloting based on past trends.

The take up rate for Rulang so far is higher than last year. My guess is there will only be 20+ slots in Phase 2B. Haiz.

Please put yourselves in the shoes of the PR parents. It doesn’t make sense that the younger siblings can’t qualify in Phase 1 because they are PRs.

Anyone can enlighten me. Im currently a GRL for my RC. Planning to move to a new estate near sch in another GRC and getting a condo that has yet to TOP. What are my chances of membership transfer? Noting that it will be frm an RC to NC, and which the NC would not have established, as yet.

I remember I saw a reply in this thread that mentioned you need to start all over again in the NC as an observer. There is no 'carry forward' of membership from RC to NC. Moreover, the condo might not even have an NC in the first place.
