RE: Cold Wars (with your spouse)
I agree with Baby39. My hubby is the type who doesn’t see his wrongs even when his IS wrong. He never apologise, if he did wrong things, he will blame everyone for ‘driving’ him to do that. Yes, talk more, wrong more. Best is to keep quiet. How else to do?

RE: Mommy sYEO
Thanks a mil, Augmum and Happy Mama.
I'll try both places you recommended when I have the time. Hope I can find the one in Tiong Bahru. So, what kind of sewing you gals do? I'm not very good in sewing yet, just doing some small craft projects now and then. It's one of my interest besides reading and collecting recipes books. -
RE: Mommy sYEO
Thanks all.
I do bit sewing craft in my free time, wonder if there are any sewing craft threads or club members here?
I would like to buy some sewing materials and stuff like needles, threads, buttons, tracing papers, zippers etc. I know Daiso have small sections on craft but anyone knows any specialised shop which sells only these sewing or craft materials? Appreciate your help.. -

Looks yummy and pro! So this time I guess you would have taken a lot more dough out and left the brown to swirl first, before adding the main bulk of yellow?
Nope, this time just dump in the choc chips into the pumpkin batter about 3 minutes before the kneading cycle ends, the choc chips will melt and you'll get the swirling effect. Easy eh? -

Understand it theoretically, but will need to try it out to experience it... Thanks for sharing, sYEO.

You're welcomed. It's nice to share ideas and recipes, that's what this bread club is all about, right?

Bamboo charcoal powder... Sounds interesting... So how did you create the swirl effect using the BM?
Hmmm.. I'll try my best to explain, hope you understand this.
I took half the batter of the white bread about half hour before the kneading cycle ends then I put in the charcoal powder into the BM for mixing with the other half batter left in the machine. Understand so far? After the charcoal powder has been mixed thoroughly, I put in the plain batter/white bread batter into the charcoal batter to 'swirl', about 5 mins before the kneading cycle ends. Must monitor the kneading process closely lor.

By the way, sYEO, what did you use to get the black charcoal colour?
I use edible bamboo charcoal powder which I bought from the baker's shops in Msia. I'm sure it's available here too.
