So far, from this website, seems like only NUSH and Crescent Girls have Informed students of their DSA results. I heard most schools will start announcing on or after 18 Aug (ie after PSLE oral). Latest is 31 August.
My dd’s classmate has received CO from rgs, under academics domain. Was informed by the form teacher to the whole class.
Wow, didn’t know school will received DSA results too.
No, the school didn’t receive the dsa results. The form teacher has requested to those taking part in dsa, to inform him of the result. The child would have told the form teacher. The form teacher will only tell the class those who receive CO/WL.

First time reading this thread. Didn’t plough thru the last 249 pages.
Can I please ask if anyone’s child here has received a CO, after going for selection trial, without going for interview? Is it true that some schools have already informed the selected students of their COs? Does this mean if u didn’t receive any email, u hv to wait until 31/8 to know if it’s a WL or rejected? -

Anyone know for the second phrase interview from njc, what kind of question will be asked? And how many teachers will be interview a student ?
Questions would be;
1) why choose njc
2) do you take part in other dsa
3) if given njc and the other school, which would you choose and why
4) ambition
5) tell me more about yourself that you would like us to know
DD went last thurs. 3 teachers and one is the vp. -

Hi all, I need advice on schools in sembawang. We will be shifting from jurong and currently my dd is studying at rulang in p4. my ds is entering p1 next year. We projected that we will get our bto house 1Q 2017. DD is adamant to stay in rulang even though she will have to travel far. DS has to give up his place in rulang in P2. I know canberra and chongfu are our best bet but its difficult to seek admission. What can we show to the sch so that ds may get a place in one of those? Our 2 elder children are in cgs and nush. Thanks.
Rulang is a good school, such a waste to give up.
If your DS has excellent P1 results, I believe transferring to Canberra or Chongfu would not be difficult. I know a girl who came in top 3 for the level in P1 at Canberra Pri, sought a transfer to Chongfu, was successful and started P2 in Chongfu.
We are sad too that we have to lose the place in rulang. Thanks for sharing the info. -
RE: All about Transferring to Other Primary Schools
Sorry, wrong choice of word. I use ‘best bet’ in the wrong context. Those 2 are our favourable choices. We are within 1-2km of the 2 schools. If not those 2, what other schools can I consider in that area? Looks like we have to look into other options.

:thankyou:
If you have bought the formal wear, you may wear it on matriculation day so that you do not have to change, otherwise, you may wear a white round t shirt as mentioned in the email. If you have the tie, you may wear it or bring it along so that you do not have to wait for your turn.syusyu:
Hi,
Should the child wear polo tee or the formal shirt on matriculation day(for those who have bought the uniform)? Can the child wear the shirt from home or he should only don it during photo-taking? -
