the private help is private tuition or private therapy services
well I found this male educational therapist from a specialist agency for dyslexia kids. He is a matured man who has a passion for dyslexic kids and you can see his style is different. He makes things easy for the child to understand and remember. My boy was on the verge of being drop to foundation level for maths and english but this tutor managed to turn things around at least the teacher dont complain anymore. My child also likes him because he is very patient and meticulous. I wont say my child is now a grade A student but at least the school recognises he has improved. Can anyone tell me more about DAS? what do they actually teach and how does one go about getting a referral
Do they teach the same syllabus as the school?
Is there any other centre that oer the same services as DAS?

Das more like therapy teaching strategies on how to cope with dslexia. The dont help with school work. so i our child is weak in school. DAs cannot address it directly.
I get special private help or my son. I believe it is a bit of both. DAS and private help
