we dont get lots holidays from company. if we put leave in it means not so many day left to do holiday with family.

i cant take 1 hour leave, it mean half day go very fast.
i work in restaurant, lunch times very busy. hubby work in construction in tampines area.

we r resposible to our child that reason we work to provide.

i only ask the school not lots of eevents for parents. otherwize the kidz feel sad there parents cant make it.

i not sure if you r parent or not of west spring. but the school has lots events for parents to come. I saying that the school can have 1-2 big events a year such as sports day. parents dont need to take so much leave to be there. this mean that parents put in leave with their company. but so lots of events, verri difficult to always attend event. 1-2 big events can be easier for all parents to come. but every month verri difficult. i works in restaurant and hubby construction, so cant ccome for all event. i only suggest 1-2 big events a year, sport day and end of year. this ways all can try to come. but iif more more events, we like many parents cant come.

I am Mrs Tan. My hubby cannot communicate in English well. He was trying to say that it is good to have some events for parents to come to but not lots in a year. He is working in construction and I am working in restaurant, we cannot come for every event. My gal feels sad that we cant come. We explain the reason to her but it not easy for a 7 year old to understand, right?
The school is fantastic and do lots to get parents involved. My hubby is only saying dont make it lots, 1 or 2 events a year is good. othewise only the same same parents turn up and it not nice for other kidz to not see there parent. it easy to say managing your childs expectation, but if you are 7 year old and see other mummies and daddies but not yours, how would you feel?

ask parents in a while to events. sports day is best. but please not all event. it not fair for the kidz that there parents cant be there.

My gal says shes enjoys the sports day lots. But please keeps the events to a limit for parentss to atend. Manys of us haves to works and cant take time of. My gal gets very sad when we are not there. Goods for involving parents but please make events mainly for kids only. bcause many kids will get sad that there parents cant make it. its ok for parents not work but pleases considers all.

The morning I see a daddy going to the boy toilet near the gate. He does it all mornings. He goes in and drys his girl shoes or bag. my girl told me her friends say this man go all the ways in to the toilet to get tissue. i dont like this. Guards cannot allow it. They need to stop it.

thanks for the fast reply. It is not so easy to put in 1 or 2 hours as I work on a construction site as supervisor. If i take leave, it has to be the whole day or half day. My wife works in a hospital so the same applies for her. I am not saying dont have the events, i am juzt saying make it just for the kidz. Otherwise the kidz who dont have parents there will feel sad that their parents cant make it. I i putz half day in here and there for the evnts, my 14 days leave will be gone fast.
