Does anyone know what are the key qualifications for successful candidate in pursuing Tennis for DSA?

Hi, my son is born in 2016.

We are thinking of applying either:
1) Cat high 2B , 2C 1km
Or
2) Maris 2B 1km

We are staying near Bishan now but ok to move/ rent to be 1km near either schools.
However, seems like past statistics the chances for cat high is 50 % only for 2B and 2C.

What would your suggestion be for our son’s Primary 1 school registration?

Can we register one phase 2B under one address and if our child don’t get the slot , change our IC and register for phase 2C under a different address and for a different school?

Can we register phase 2 B under one address and if we don’t get the phase 2 B slot, can we change the address on our IC and register with a different address and another school under phase 2C?
