Hey, where can one buy the blue Marist polo tee outside of school. Is it from Shanghai School Uniform at Bras Basah Complex?

Thanks Twilight! I remember in another post, you mentioned that due to timetabling conflicts, it is not possible to embark on two ab initio languages. is it then possible for a student to take a language B (Chinese B) along with an ab initio language?
Not anymore. Further math used to be SL, but it's going to become HL subject. So someone who takes further math will have a combination of math HL, further math HL and 1 other HL subject. It's really skewed towards math. Granted, people taking further math are likely to want to do math in university, but the point of IB is to have a broad based education, and the school does not want to encourage students to be so specialised in math, so it will stop offering further math starting next year I think.Tentacles:
Hi guys, a short question: Is Further Maths available for students to take?
Thanks! -

Technically you are allowed to, but the school will not allow because of timetabling issue.[/quote]Thank you autolycus for the prompt and informative response! :rahrah:
Another question: Can a student take 2 ab initio subjects? (in lieu of a Group 6 subject) Something for me to consider, since the study of new languages is an area I will whole-heartedly delve into. (picked up a 3rd language in secondary school).
Thanks for the great help!
Thanks! Any chance of appealing over this decision? I only asked this because such was possible in my secondary school (such as appealing for 'oddball' triple humanities combinations). -

Hi, my first post here!
A short question for the thread members, are there criteria to be fulfilled for JAE students applying into ACSI Y5/6 with regards to subject combinations? I do believe that IP students have to meet certain criteria to be offered their subjects of choice in Y5/6. Does the same apply for JAE students who have successfully enrolled into the school?
(However, based on comments made here, I do know that the requirements for taking an ab initio subject is to attain a ‘pass’ grade for O Levels HCL.)
