My son is going tns gep in 2017. We have received the letter from tns but there is no information on whether we (the parents) are required to go down to tns to register or submit any paperworks, etc. Can I find out whether parents would be let into tns on their first day of school (3rd Jan 2017)? Would there be any briefing for the parents by tns?

Yap. The programme was cut short this year due to the release of psle results. Think the first day of school for p1 is going to be chaotic. Heard that the form teacher of each classes is going to "pick" their students on that day!

Anyone knows why this year p1 classes are not confirmed?

Can anyone recommend a bread maker that’s simple to use n not too expensive?? I read some of the postings and I shortlist to Panasonic (a bit too expensive), Kenwood n the qoo10 brand…I don’t have an oven at home n i wilk need to make wholemeal bread for my son n hubby’s breakfast twice a week.

I questioned the teacher yesterday am. She claimed that the tv is showing the Chinese news only. Then this am, I "spot-check". The tv is showing Kungfu Panda! I asked but none of the teachers gave me any answers.

My son did not have any list of words to learn....the Chinese teacher only gave him the chapters to be tested. :yikes:

Btw...anyone know of any good student care nearby the school. Feeling very fedup with his current student care. He watches tv & plays pc (supposed to be once a week) on a daily basis!! :stompfeet: :mad:
