Went to the balloting session this morning

My son was picked!!! .......... so relieved :lol:
Can't wait to tell him the good news
Thanks to the other mother who picked his number

at 4.25pm i was at kong hwa and was told that 1 to 2 km will do balloting

there are 21 or 22 applicants for 13 seats
