phankao:Tat's wat the dean promised. He said if need be they would do sth. The point is how to get them to realise it is not a fair way to assess the students. Tot since they don't take O-level exam, the yearly overall results should matter.Only 2 more weeks before school re-opening. Ah...you think they will bother to re-do their Overall results?th2:
My dd has asked a couple of friends to have their parents to write in. I understand that the school has replied the same thing saying they are looking into it. But it has been so long since they've got the results back. Hope they are not playing delay tactic and hoping we will forget. I've contemplated to go higher like MOE if need be.

My boy's GPA also suffered.
ya same for my child and cos of this, GPA was pulled down. Heard there was a rubric which the sch did not release. :frustrated:th2:
Was at the sch to buy next year sch uniform, dropped by the G.O. and was told the PE dept is on vacation. That's why no email reply yet.
Got my boy's overall result slip. His NAPFA is Gold, but PE grade is C+. How was the swimming module assessed???
He did not mention the rubric. During the then on-going swimming sessions, I asked him if there were any teachers assessing their performance, he told me the PE teacher was not at the swimming pool. Even the last swimming session, there was not swim test whatsoever.
I believe we shld get to the bottom of this, for the benefit of next year JH2 or other outsourced PE courses for our children in future.
If you know of any other parents having similar concerns, pls rally them to make enquiries with the sch.
My dd has asked a couple of friends to have their parents to write in. Many thanks for the info.
My boy was told by sb that PE is 30% NAFA and 70% swimming. How the swimming was assessed is a ? to us. His PE grade shocked us :stompfeet:
