My son said that at assembly a few days ago, Principal said that 23.6% got at least 8 distinctions and 56% (somewhere there, he remembered it is 50+%) got at least 6 distinctions. Note that number of students who took Os last year was halved as the other half are in IP, so every student \"represents\" 2 students in previous years.

how many students where there in last year's cohort?

Is hci or ri better? I actually can't come to a conclusion despite visiting both the open houses and listening to the talks

I am sorry to provide any comparisons, I have fears of doing so after seeing the reactions in the NYJC thread: https://www.kiasuparents.com/kiasu/forum/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=68179&start=370

All I can help is to make a rational decision and go with the facts. Good Luck!

are you a parent of a hci child??

I'm actually not a parent but a student. I was wondering what my chances are of entering hci with L1R5 7

Congratulations! If your L1R5 nett is 7, I think that it is tough to enter HCI because the COP is 4 for both science and arts. Do you mean L1R5 of 7 raw? In that case what is your nett L1R5?

my nett is 3 but I'm wondering if I'll be able to enter since there might be a chance that the COP for science drops back to three.
