Are both Kindness and Goodness the top classes ? Are the similar or is one better than the other?

CCA - Why are they not allowed to choose sports as CCA? With limited opportunities to exercise , its not very good for the overall wellbeing.
They should be allowed to choose a sports of their interest and learn to play it.
