The Vales (EC) + Bellewaters (EC) + Treasure Crest (EC) + Compassvale Vue (HDB) + Compassvale Cape (HDB) + whole lot of projects completed before 2016.
Only 217 SC?!

There can easily be another 200 applicants if they are ballsy enough. Should be thankful that Springdale and Compassvale took away some of the heat.

Argh, I did not take that into account. :yikes: Now I am starting to worry about 2Cs for Anchor Green, which historically do not need to go into ballot. Pray I still got hope within SC within 1km.

last year 99 applied for anchor green in 2Cs. Its hard to tell now as we are not sure the overflow rate (depending on how many will be over subscribed)

Hi, I am new here. Thinking of applying Nan Ciao for my girl, staying within 1km, Singapore citizen. Surely needs to ballot. May I know what would be the chances are base on past year stats?


We were thinking if unsuccessful, we still can go for Anchor green, which believe 2CS don’t need to ballot as within 1km too.
