    • RE: Which Country Suitable For Young Children?

      JollyStar:
How old are your children? Last month we viseted Barcelona with our children, they are 10 and 12 y.o. We took segway tour http://www.eurosegway.es/ and visited many interesting places. Wanna tell you that the guide made us profeccionals in segway driving and we want to go there again. It was really breathtaling holliday for every member of our family!

Hi jollystar, which month did you visit Barcelona? Wondering if Dec is a good time to go as we've not been to Europe before. Possible to share your itinerary with me thru PM? Thanks much! šŸ™‚

    • RE: Travel: Japan - Hokkaido

Hihi, need some advice from folks who have explored eastern Hokkaido before. I have 2 nights which I cannot decide where to stay at:

      1) Lake Mashu,
      2) Lake Kussharo or
      3) Lake Akan

Prior to this I will have a night at Kushiro and driving to these lakes for a 2N stay. Wondering if there's any onsen royokan which is recommended by parents here?

      Thanks a million! :thankyou:

    • RE: Club Breadmakers

Hihi, I just bought a Zojirushi breadmaker yesterday and eager to get started on making bread today! But the recipe states dry milk. May I know what is that? Is that the same as our kids milk powder?

The other question is the ingredients indicate 2 tablespoons of butter. May I know how to measure this?

Appreciate help here as I am very new to bread making šŸ™‚ thanks!

    • RE: All About Yoga for Kids

      Hi

My 8 yr old daughter slouches quite badly and I was wondering if yoga would help at all? I've nagged at her constantly and even bought the posture vest for more than $100 but no use 😢

Anyone with similar experience pls share your experience. Need recommendations for kids yoga class at toa payoh/novena area.

      Many thanks!

    • RE: Travel: Japan - Hokkaido

Hihi, we are a family of 2A2C heading to hokkaido in mid Dec. planning to be at niseko for the first few few days then I have another 5 days remaining to plan. Can anyone share their winter F&E itinerary with me, preferably a kids friendly one pls? I've read that it's quite dangerous to drive during winter but is traveling by train convenient in japan (we are first timers in japan) given the luggages and 2 kids (6 and 8)?

Recommendations for hotels/apartments (with washing machines hopefully), must see and must eat places would be greatly appreciated.

      Many thanks in advance! šŸ˜‚

    • RE: Creative Campus - Discussion

      Hello mummies!

I’m hoping to get some feedback on Creative campus as well. Anyone willing to share? How do they compare against centres like The learning Lab?

    • RE: Hokkien Huay Kuan Arts & Cultural Troupe

      Hi mummies,

Is this discussion the same as this school at http://www.shhkact.com.sg?
Just chanced about this place along Toa Payoh Lor 2 and realised they offer chinese enrichment classes for primary & secondary students.

Would like to get some views on their chinese enrichment classes for P1, as compared to schools like Berries (which my dd is attending at the moment) or Tien Hsia? They also offer a show & tell class for P1. Any one has kids attending it?

      Many thanks!!
