Phtthp,
Received the payment information for my girl’s CCA. The letter says "pay by cheque or cash as your Edusave account may not have enough amount… ". Would like to know can I pay it by Edusave if I am sure that my account has enough amount for the CCA payment?
Your answer is apreciated.

The other 3 are PRs.\"yes, above are the final numbers
102 vacancies
Total enrolled = 140 SC, plus 2 PR
Within 1 km : 60
1-2 km : 10
Outside 2 km : 70
No. of vacancies for balloting, SC outside 2 km = 32
70 SC outside 2 km : ballot for 32 vacancies
Balloting ratio risk = 2 : 1
(every 2 girls, ballot for one seat)\"
But why is the MOE website saying that 143 ppl registered for 102 places? -

All parents here are doing their best for their children. Let's give a pat on our back that we have tried our best to fight what is best for our children. The rules set by government is transparent and clear, so no one has cheated or bend the rules. In life, there is no 100% win, we have to pick up and move on, I'm sure you want to inculcate this into your child the mentality of there is no such thing of always winning, and stand up and move on after you have lost. This forum purpose is to help parents to make a well-informed decisions for their applications and I think it have served it purpose. Let's not quarrel and be united to continue help all parents who need help. The world is eloving fast so we must also adapt to changes fast and react accordingly and not sit there complaining which will not turn back the clock. All the parents in this forum deserve my salute.

Pity these 17 SC outside 1 km.
On the other hand, these 17 SC will not need to go through the stressful balloting process to fight for the 1~2 seats. -

Does the school call the parents to withdraw if there is not chance for them? Maybe some parents are not aware of that situation after their registration.
