Would like your advice on where we can sell gold necklaces, rings etc… To cash out?

Thank you jedamum. In that case, does it mean that getting into the Euler programme will not require him to stay back after school as it is conducted during the maths curriculum?

I'm torn between hci and ri since both are equally good schools. My son qualifies for both schools.

Would like to hear some opinions on these.

1.Are the students happier in hci or ri?

What's important I feel is that students feel happy because the schools are already very stressful environments.

      2. Which has better A levels results? And which has more opportunities for math competitions?
My son's strength is in mathematics . Wonder which school gives more opportunity for math?

      3. Will going to hci bring down his English marks? He is actually better in English with A* compared to chinese.

      4. Which school has a more caring environment?

Thank you for your responses .

The rest have shared some of the differences between HCI and RI. One other major difference is that RI and the sister Sch RGS seem to have more lenient IP promotion criteria at 60% and 50% respectively, which allow even their academically weakest students to sit for A level. This compares to HCI’s and NYGH’s promo at 65%.

I recently learned in KSP that it’s very rare for an RGS gal to exit the Sch due to non-performance, and that RI did not have any Y3 on-demand O level class for the last 2 years. Despite their reputation as competitive sch, both are in fact very caring and nurturing to their students (to specifically answer your last qn) .

Thank you irabbit for your valuable sharing. Relieved to find that both are caring and nurturing.

      Hi, just need some clarifications,

DS score 259 +3(HCL). His 1st choice RI (COP 258). 2nd choice HCI (COP 259)

If he is rejected by RI, will he be chosen for HCI based on 259+3 (262) or will other pupils whose score is 260 & 261 be given priority if they choose HCI as their first choice? Thank you 😊
Went for q and a at ri. Hci will take him at 262 if he meets the cop.

Moe will post based on merit.

But if cop for ri is still 258, he should be able to get in.

I have a question too. What's the difference between hci and ri? My son has 260. I'm torn between hci and ri.
Do you have any information about both?
