If you are hoping to get into an SHHK school in Phase 2B by joining SHHK, think again. You are required to commit a similar amount of hours to SHHK by PV for any SHHK school. Might as well PV directly with the school.

Problem is, SHHK schools do not take in PV applications directly. They outsourced to SHHK, so SHHK is like a centralised system for PVs to these schools.

Hello, I wouldnt say it's exactly tough to get the volunteer work - it's more of fastest finger fast. For example, an email requesting for volunteers will be emailed to you. After that, you can quickly choose the slots you can commit and submit. After that they will announce who are the volunteers with their desired slots.

80 hours is the minimum requirement to get the precious letter to be eligible for Phase 2B. Whether you get into your desired school is of no guarantee. Then again, it's a chance.

My gal used to go to Eager Beaver School house at Bukit Merah. Overall, we like the school and they had prepared my gal for Pri 1's education. I like the premises whereby they can have all in one activities ie: music and movement, swimming classes arranged. So that I don't have to bring my gal for extra classes during weekend.
I heard there is an increment in school fee, not sure about the rate now.
