The interview invitation email was sent by my child's primary school teacher (HOD/subject head) on behalf of CHS. Not from CHS itself. And, it was originally sent to my child's MOE Google mailbox. The form teacher forwarded it to parents' email thereafter.

Asked the school but no reply as yet, they only take dsa enquiries via email.[/quote]Besides Maths Olympiad/ external competition results (if any), how about showing how the child apply Maths concept in daily lives e.g., baking recipe and process (as it concerns ratio, weight etc), block programming using microbit (https://makecode.microbit.org/) as variables are like algebra concept, recording and calculation of average time and speed when swimming laps documenting the process into a report? Just trying to think out of the box...

The overseas immersion took place in first week of the June in 2019. I remember it clashed with Maths Olympiad which my daughter had to skip.

I believe some CCAs will require them to go back either in the beginning of the June holidays or at the end of the June holidays.
