After a Successful launch of a freehold development, http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/new-futura/ at Leonie Hill with prices at average $3,600 psf, CDL is slated to launch its mass market segment development in Tampines Avenue 10, http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/the-tapestry/. This development is a 99 years lease parcel which is expected to be launched at average $1,160 psf this March 2018.It will be exciting to watch this launch especially after the sellout of The Santorini and soon to sell out, The Alps Residences.
Comparatively, there will be another new launch in the West by MCL Land. This development is a smaller 275 units development nested in District 03, on Margaret Drive. http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/margaret-ville/ is in close proximity to town and the Business Central District. Launching this March 2018, prices are expected to be at an average oif $1,900 psf. As we move down towards the Singapore 2nd Business district will be http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/twin-view-west-coast-vale-condo/ by CSC which we could expect prices to be an average $1,200 psf.
With the recent high en-bloc prices, these GLS land sold previously are very attractive and exciting to watch before the launch of the en-bloc developments. Developers will be building more compact units to make units more attractively priced.
Which development do you think is a good buy? Should we buy or should we wait?

There is an upcoming http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/38-carpmael/ upcoming in the East Coast District 15 area on http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/38-carpmael/. It is developed by Lim Wen Heng Construction.
What do you guys think of the 2 bedroom for investment? Just in case i don't get it rented out, i was thinking of using it for myself and get my parents to stay in. Pricing i heard is approximately $1,630 psf. Just not sure if http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/38-carpmael/ good since its a small apartment of 16 units or wait for the Paya Lebar Residences to be launched? -

Anyone has heard of a new development in Queens Road, http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/the-asana/?
http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/the-asana/
It looks great and especially with its location on Queens Road, its a fraction of the price to own a house in the area + 1km radius to good schools + good location.
anyone knows if worth the buy? -
RE: 2nd property
Sorry off topic a little
There is a new launch at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6. Location seems not fantastic but whats most interesting about this new launch - http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/le-quest is its the only mixed development in Bukit Batok. It is also close proximity to the 2nd CBD of Singapore.
Is http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/le-quest/ worth getting?
Any feedbacks? As they bought the land at $635 psf per plot ratio, I'm expecting prices to be around the $1,280 psf mark when they sell? -
RE: Property Views
Hi Bros and Sis
On your opinion, which is a better buy for a new home? An http://www.condolaunchsg.com or a private property? Both are 99 years and always hear that returns are much better for an ec. Was thinking of either of http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/inz-residence/ or http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/clement-canopy/. These are launching very soon, after Chinese New Year. Or should I be waiting for http://www.condolaunchsg.com/properties/yio-chu-kang-ec/ which is closer to my in laws place?
Thanks in advance for your advise.
