    • RE: 2012 P1 Registration Exercise for 2013 In-Take

I printed out the Summary of Immunisation History and saw MMR D2 \"No Records\".

So I called up the Polyclinic to check if it is a must to have the jab before P1 registration.

The person on the line told me it is a must and I panicked and quickly booked an appointment to get it done.

However, I subsequently found out it is not a requirement for those born in 2006 and here is the link http://www.singaporedoc.com/index.php/mmr-vaccination-schedule-update.html

The schedule from the National Immunisation Registry's footnote says
\"##\t2nd dose of MMR can be given between 15-18 months. Babies who turn 12 months of age on or after 1st December 2011 should receive 2 Doses of MMR vaccine as per above schedule.ACTION=DISPLAY_IMMUNSCH\"

Hope nobody got a fright like me!

I've spoken to May Tan and she said the school is able to start a new class for kids with a minimum of 7-8 kids on Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm after Chinese New Year at :-

      Xin Ying Wushu Training Centre
      Blk 261, Waterloo Street,
      #04-33, Singapore 180261.
      Tel: +65 6259 9579

May Tan was featured on Channel News Asia and the school conducts wushu lessons in many government/international schools

A number of her students had won international and national competitions.

Interested parties may register your interest with the school, hope to gather enough students as I'm keen to enroll my girl there.
