I would place distant and CCA are the 2 most important criteria when choosing primary school.
The benefit of distant is that you will cut down a lot of traveling time which could be put to better use such as enrichment classes or recreation etc.
To many top secondary schools (which IMO is most crucial part of our children education) CCA will play a role in the administration, so its important to send your kids to a primary school that has special focus on certain sports.
