Have been following through this thread , suddenly a thought

came across , those who against alumni , may be they are not bred Singaporeans ,
And those who against phrase 1 , are they not local too as I understand most of us who also have sibling before or after us who was once benefitted from phrase 1 too .
I am not against non local KS parents here but do spare a thought for true Singapore parents who want their best for their kids so they can be able to fight for a place in local university with the non local breed Singaporean kids !

My phili maid has two phone , one for local one to call or SMS

Family in her country . However she knows she can use only at night when everyone
Take dinner at 730pm. I rather I know she has a phone than she hides in the toilet , it became a habit . But I told her she wants phone can , she paid for her top up and I will text her or call when I need . But usually I pay her each month 20$ extra for all these miscellaneous . She will be home sick if she has no revenue of
Communication with family. But do set ground rules . No using of phone when cooking or taking care of kids as it need full attentions !

Why would Nan Chiau needs so much donations (and for diff purposes) when it’s back by SHHK?

I paste it here as I felt there is alot of irony . I read how pple suggest that which
Group of pple should be eliminate during registration. Some say
Alumni , some even say clan … But when need to get donations from parents,
It will be push to clan . Want to eliminate alumni for the sake of your own children,
How about when your grand children time , moe decided cannot take in pple from alumni , will you hit tables and chair say it is not fair … Irony …

Not sure , must ask whoever write that … She seem to know tns very well.

it seems that for P3 the average class size is 38, some 1-2 less.


But 3A & 3J are more than 40.

and there are 2 classes with only 20 each, maybe for those that need that little extra help.

Am thinking out loud . Not meant to be offensive ! I am not affected by this , my children already in primary school and primary school is no longer around . but if anyone of u above is an alumni members will you still support the above comments . Guess every parents just want the best for the kiddos … To me I am staying near a good sap school , most of my neighbour sell their house to earn a profit but who are my new neighbour ? Foreign talent who takes up Singapore citizenship and poor me have to bear with noises make by them in the middle of the night . They are loud pple . They buy my neighbour house with good prices therefore lead to high cov … I benefit but for those who genuinely need a flat ESP young couple can they afford . Seem like every phase of p 1 registration will lead to problems too .

The two best class is by merit … The rest is generated by computer . Left one last with 10. The took one class of 42 add the 10 divided by 2 =got 2 class of 26 . However the two class of 26 is not worst of the whole p2 last year. Please do not

Speculate unnecessary info , making your own child look better and others who is the least stds are worst . Infact if given a choice I want my son to be the least number of stds in class for more attention then in a class of 40 stds . Read some earlier post , felt certain speculation is uncalled for !
