I live at Tanglin Halt area…Here not many Student care…one at C’wealth but feel the environment a bit messy…New Town Primary School got 1 but only for their students and low-income family…As for student care @ Fairfield, I don’t think I got a chance too bcos also for their own students…I’m 1-2km away from Fairfield…headache…
