wow, i think i am a little too anxious to enrolled my child in this school, which my child is only at K1 this year, am i too kiasu?

basically, i am considering to enrol in Greenwood or Innova. But after reading this threat, i think my priority now is Innova. Althought i have not do anything yet, just some research on school.

I like the fast reponse reply from the school. I got the enquiry reply within a day. Bravo!!!

I am signing up the PV next week, as the clossing date for PV for 2014 intake is on Jun 2012 (i gt the fright when i saw the deadline). Can curent PV share thier experience? like what they do and how it go about?

I am doing PV for innova (actually I just finished the 40hrs coz must complete in May2012)
So far it's been a good experience. The vice-principal is nice and very proactive. The principal is also nice. The teachers are nice and approachable. Even the leader of the PV's are very active and nice too. She's very committed to her job.
What I notice about this school (particularly the staffs), they are very strict in terms of discipline. They see to it that everything is organized (they always ask PVs to help in traffic, recess time etc.)Maybe because this school got only one session.
Also, I noticed that kids are very polite. (I compared it to other school which I had a chance to do PV also. I had a bad experience in that other school, which I will not mention.)
I think, at the start, my daughter will have difficulty in adjusting her time (waking up early), because 6:25am is the call time for the students (assembly time). Hopefully she will adapt to it.

Hi! I’m currently doing PV for Innova.

So far, I never encounter any bad experience.
I just noticed that this school is very strict in terms of discipline and children’s safety. Which is somewhat good.
In traffic control task, just for example, 3-4 PVs are needed to execute this task.
Even the vice principal helps in doing this job! I can say that she’s very proactive!

Thanks for the advice. Actually that’s what we’re doing right now. My husband doing PV now @ woodgrove. Then just 2 days ago innova principal called and asked something but have’nt called back since then. Hopefully they will still call.

Thanks RRMummy! It’s been 2 weeks already no call yet fr the principal if PV is confirmed… Hopefully this coming monday they will call…

But we also applied in Woodgrove. Then woodgrove called already and will start PV this coming monday… Dont know if i will be happy or not coz i prefer innova…

Just went to Innova Pri to submit the form for PV.

and the admin there told us that most likely, if interviewed the child will be confirmed. Last year’s case is like that, hopefully this year (for 2013 intake) it’s the same case…
wish me luck or else have to rush searching for other school for PV.
