I believe one could sneak thru STC with 13 points and at second choice. Third choice and below would be iffy.

Does she want to go (back) to stc?
Tkgs has to be better than stc.
I would go with tkgs or tkss first choice, followed by stc 2nd choice. This would be giving up the affiliation advantage for stc but I seriously doubt stc will be that popular. But that is just me.

While TKGS and TKSS are reputable Express-only schools, in your particular case it will be highly risky to put them as first choice as your daughter’s score is verrrrry close to the estimated COP (13 and 14, respectively).
If she does not get the place at TKGS or TKSS, she would have forsaken her affiliation priority of 20 at STC cos didnt put as first choice. STC will then consider her as non-affiliated, who are all subject the the non-affiliated COP of ~13. Thus may ballot and lose the place.
In your situation, either have to put STC as first choice (get in under affiliated COP 20), or pick a better school that has confirmed seat for her at COP >15 (i cannot find any).[/quote]
Dear parents,
my daughter scored 13 and could go to affiliated STC which is also 20mins bus ride from our home. However, I’m bringing her around to give her more option. I’m looking at ZHSS, TKGS, TKSS which by public transport will take around 45-60mins. Do you think it’s worth the travel? Any advise for me please? Thank you.
