If a Filipino maid asks for Christmas leave, should I give her on Christmas Eve ( paid leave) and till what time? She said she needs to go church. She has weekly Sundays off and so far , good in her work. She also requested for Chinese New Year off day. That one I am still considering. Her job is just to look after my dad, who is mobile. She been working for about 9 months in Singapore. Was an ex-Sg maid.
