My in laws' house is within 1km of Rosyth. They are currently living with us n renting out their house. Is it OK to change our address on the nric nearer the date of registration n try to ballot in phase 2c n then move back to their house if balloting is successful? If not successful, we will stay put in current house n register in a neighborhood school under phase 2c sup?

Do note that under the National Registration Act, it is a felony to change the address of your NRIC to one that you are not currently staying in. Then again, since you own that address, it will be hard to detect. What you are doing is in the grey area.
