we settle down with BLGPS, that day i bring my child go the registration, student of BLGPS bring my child look around their school and let her feed the fish~ my child said she very happy to join this school, the student look like friendly~ i hope she will have a happy pri life here~

Glad to hear that your girl had a good impression about her new school!
I didn’t bring my son along when I go to see around the available schools. Don’t want him to hope too much then fail again. His kindergarten visited rulang earlier and in his mind he was almost sure he would be there! Then I had to rtell him when failed the balloting.
I was so unsure about the registration in 2c(s). I think better leave him at home happily play rather see n feel the cruelty of possible failure.

The registration is hard to stomach. We were first registered with CPS when the figure looks better than FPS with 45 vacancies. On morning of day 2, I called to find out that balloting will be needed for 1-2km, 16 seats, 19 applicants. And FPS reach cut-off for SC. Can't stop panic already.

      😒 😒 😒

Went to CPS in mid afternoon and still saw parents in and out. I asked and was shocked, 15 seats, 24 applicants. It's too risky for us already. Not going to take another balloting. Called FPS, figure seems safe for 1-2km. Quickly did a withdrawal and rush to FPS and did a registration.

They have all the figure breakdown on the whiteboard and some parents are actually sitting there to wait until end of the day to make sure no last minute surprises. We were very happy that at least no balloting for 1-2km at FPS. But for those >2km, they will need to through another balloting.

It was just too stressful for parents at jurong area!

:? :? Hi, are you talking about Phase 2CS registration? Tot Frontier Primary School (FPS) has no vacancies left for after Phase 2C?
