recently got a top PSLE pupil from there, if not mistaken

i think this year qifa also most likely need to ballot...which has never happened before in the past years...partially due to the '2009 top student' effect...*sigh*...this year is such a difficult year for P1 enrolment! Wonder the trend will continue next year??? Ask the german octopus???
