Confront that particular Shichida teacher or management to address your issue directly.

Or file law suit against Schichida Singapore and maybe Japan if you think there is misinterpretation of facts, or Shichida took your money but didn’t make your kid into a genius. Good luck.

I think nobody dares/wants to response to you to avoid the unnecessary argument.
Imo, it is not appropriate for Shichida teacher to say "your kid is not for the course".
You should know your kid learning ability & attitude the best since parent are to sit in together with kids during the Shichida lessons.

I will be really surprised if your kid do not show significant good results after 4 years at Shichida?
Or maybe your expectation is too high?
You should ask yourself how much efforts of home practice you have done for past few years?

Many threads here have explained that every kids has different learning capacity and don’t expect to send your kids
to right-brain training etc enrichment course and expect kids to be genius in 1 to 2 years.

I hope by now (since your post in Aug2016) you already got the answers.
