I am a PLlite and I can say that the seniors are really kind and caring and joining Uniform Groups cca is a great help if your daughter is a shy girl. I was once like that but I have learnt how to step out of my comfort zone by joining my current cca NPCC. I have to say that there are physical trainings to improve our stamina for our various activities and are also recreational games occasionally. There aren’t any bullies but might have rude students, normally from the same batch but it doesn’t really matter. For your other questions, there will be an average of 40 students per class whereas NT class might have lesser students and depending on every year, how the system goes, there will be 8 classes. Usually, based on my own experience, it is easy to get accepted into band and if a student were to learn a new instrument, the seniors and instructor would help.
